This villas is two levels with stairs access only from the interior. Downstairs features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, plus a large kitchen with two full-size refrigerators and appliances updated in Spring 2022. Gather around the elevated dining table — seating up to 10 — with ocean views right through the sliding glass doors. The living room's 65" LED Smart TV and smart/streaming TVs in every bedroom keep everyone entertained. Step onto the private balcony (complete with 4 Trex high lifeguard chairs) for uninterrupted ocean views, or challenge the family to a game on the 7ft pool table in the entryway game area.

Please note: This building has one exterior elevator. Ocean-side mechanical systems can experience occasional, temporary shutdowns due to salt air exposure — refunds are not issued for elevator or hot tub availability. Outdoor pool and hot tub are seasonal (April–September) and not heated.

Restrictions:

No smoking or vaping, including balcony — $500 cleaning fee if smoke is detected
No loud noise after 10 PM — $50 fee if security is called
No pets — $500 fee if pets or remnants are found
Minimum renter age: 25
No trailers, campers, or RVs
Same-day check-in not allowed

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
