Welcome to this fully furnished 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath townhome tucked between the fairways of Barefoot's championship golf courses. Tall vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan connect the kitchen and spacious family room, creating the perfect setup for a group getaway. The main bedroom and one additional bedroom are located on the first floor, each with a private en-suite bath. Upstairs, two more bedrooms — one with a queen bed, one with two queens — flank an open loft space, each also with its own en-suite bathroom. A private garage and meticulous upkeep round out this comfortable retreat. Please note: 7-night minimum stay required.

The main suite offers a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and private courtyard patio access, along with a spa-like bath featuring double sink vanities, a garden tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The remaining three bedrooms each include a ceiling fan, closet space, and easy access to private en-suite baths, plus there's a convenient half bath off the main family room downstairs.

Cool off at the Clearwater Bay community pool, fire up the grill on your private courtyard patio, or take advantage of Barefoot's North Tower Resort pool and hot tub near the marina. The beach is about 1.5 miles away — hop on the free seasonal Barefoot Shuttle (May–October) to get there, to the North Tower pool, or to the Barefoot Landing Shopping District. Beach supplies are available in the garage, with local vendors offering chair, umbrella, bike, and stroller rentals delivered right to your door.

Nearby Fun: Miles of walking and biking paths, live theatre shows at Caolina Opry, Pirates Voyage and The Alabama Theatre, concerts at House of Blues, and over 100 shops and restaurants across Barefoot Landing's 26 acres of waterfront. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
