Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

About the Owner
Our youngest son was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), a progressive neuromuscular disease, when he was just a toddler. As the disease progressed, so did our understanding of how challenging something as simple as a family vacation can become when true accessibility is required. He uses an electric wheelchair, and over the years we experienced firsthand how often the word “accessible” falls short. We arrived at rentals that claimed to be handicap friendly, only to find doorways too narrow, showers impossible to enter, or spaces too tight for equipment and caregivers. Traveling sometimes felt more exhausting than restorative. So we decided to create the kind of place we were always searching for. We completely gutted and renovated the large bathroom to include a true roll-in shower with generous space for a wheelchair user, medical equipment, and a caregiver. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen with dignity, comfort, and ease in mind — because we understand how much those details matter. We also provide medical equipment for guest use, so families don’t have to worry about transporting and lugging heavy equipment on vacation. Our hope is to ease that burden and make travel a little simpler. North Myrtle Beach has brought our family beautiful memories, laughter, and much-needed rest. There is so much to enjoy here— whether it’s the beach, the waterway, dining, shopping, or simply being together. Our deepest hope is that when you stay here, you feel peace. That you can unpack, settle in, and exhale. That you won’t have to question whether the space will work — but instead focus on making memories with the people you love.
