Renter must be at least 25 years old
Valid ID & credit card required at check-in; renter must be present for the entire stay
No smoking or vaping in unit or on balcony — $500 fine if smoke is detected (designated smoking areas available)
No pets ($500 Fine), golf carts, motorcycles, RVs, or trailers allowed

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
