Newly remodeled unit for 2026, beautifully maintained and tastefully designed with great coastal decor that says "welcome to your vacation!" Located on the 2nd floor, so relax and enjoy the horizon straight out over the BIG BLUE ATLANTIC OCEAN. Spacious living room area with plenty of seating, updated kitchen and appliances, well-stocked for preparing meals. The large sectional contains a pull-out sleeper sofa. The living room is surrounded by two walls of glass; enjoy full floor-to-ceiling views and access to the balcony for dining under the stars. Enjoy grilling by the beach, splashing in the pool and a private walkway over to the beautiful sands of Windy Hill beach.

This Crescent Sands offers three bedrooms, all beautifully styled from room to room. The oceanfront main bedroom (King) has a private en-suite bathroom (shower stall) with an extra dressing vanity for her. Flat screen TV and access to the balcony for coffee in the morning. The second bedroom (Queen) is spacious with it's own private bathroom (tub/shower). The third bedroom has bunk beds with a twin and queen, a kids retreat with a full tub/shower combo bathroom (stand alone shower). Both guest rooms also have flat screen TVs.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
