This beautiful oceanfront condo is located at the very popular Crescent Shores resort. A rare 4BR/3BA on the 1st floor with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. The Ocean Drive location allows the teens in your group to walk less than a block for ice-cream and a hotdog, 2 blocks to mini-golf, and hit the giant beach store for fun souvenirs. Come and relax in the resort atmosphere of this great ocean front unit. The palm trees are part of the fantastic view!

New family room furnishings include sleeper sofa and great swivel occasional chairs provide comfortable seating for views from every angle. The dining area offers a large table with seating for 8 and 4 bar stools.

Main bedroom features a king bed (New Mattress 2023) flat screen TV, and main bath complete with soaking tub, separate over-sized shower, double vanity sinks. Other bedrooms are QUEEN BEDS; flat screen TVs; shared full bath w/ granite vanity sink, tub/shower combo.
The kitchen offers beautiful granite countertops with full-sized appliances (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and many small appliances. Abundant cookware, bake ware, dishes, glasses, and everything you'll need to cook a large family meal at the beach.

Crescent Shores offers resort amenities such as, lazy river pool, main pool, kiddie pool, indoor heated pool, 2 outdoor hot tubs, fitness center & oceanfront community charcoal grills. Free garage parking and on-site security are included.

Barefoot Landing is an easy 1-2 mile drive and is a crowd-pleaser. Located along the Intracoastal Waterway in beautiful North Myrtle Beach, Barefoot Landing naturally combines beauty and nature with the fun and excitement of shopping, dining, entertainment and special events for the entire family. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
