This three bed/three bath oceanfront condo in Crescent Shores is freshly painted and ready for you. The 26 Ft 13th floor balcony , is accessible from both the living room & the master bedroom gives stunning views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. New laminate wood floors, fresh paint & new livingroom furniture (2024)! Comfortable family room furniture provides seating for the best views of the ocean or 50" smart flat screen. Dining table for 6 & 3-seat breakfast bar offers plenty of room for your group to eat together.

The fully appointed kitchen features a side by side refrigerator with ice maker & filtered water, self cleaning oven with radiant cook top, built in microwave and dishwasher. Both earthen potteryware and melamine dishes, along with pots, pans, & food preparation utensils. Complete kitchen essentials with a toaster, blender, hand mixer, both Keurig & regular coffee makers. Extras include smoothie maker, large George Foreman Grill, Pizza maker, snow cone maker, crock pots & an abundance of serving dishes.

The oceanfront master bedroom offers a king-size bed, 2 nightstands & flat screen TV. A walk-in closet leads to the master bath with granite counters, double sinks. An oversized stand up shower with an outstanding shower head along with a jetted whirlpool tub awaits you. Each of the two guest bedrooms offers 2 queen beds (Purchased New 2022) and their own bathrooms. Each bathroom offers tub/shower combos. Bedrooms include ceiling fans. Guest bedrooms have flat screen ROKU TVs for your viewing pleasure. Free wireless internet access is available in the unit. Your reservation includes all bed and bath linens, beds freshly made upon arrival, & departure cleaning. Guests receive a small "starter kit" of paper products (t-paper & paper towels) bath soaps, & dishwasher packets - just enough to have handy until you can make the grocery store list of things you need.

The large oceanfront balcony (26') has a tall table with 4 tall chairs and 2 regular height chairs with tables. Crescent Shores offers outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, lazy river, kiddie pool, charcoal cooking grills, indoor pool, outdoor showers & a fitness area. A parking garage offers covered parking. On site security is also provided. Beach umbrellas & chairs are available for rent directly in front of the condo on the beach. Watersports are available on the beach. Next door, Molly Darcy’s is an oceanfront pub with indoor / outdoor seating. Within walking distance are a beachwear store, convenience store & an ice cream & hotdog grill, plus mini-golf.

Barefoot Landing is only 3 miles away & along the Intracoastal Waterway in a beautiful nature setting with fun & excitement of shopping, dining, entertainment & special events for the family. Tour & relax at Duplin Winery. Weekly fireworks displays & Alligator Adventure will thrill kids of all ages with alligator feedings, reptile shows, & 11 acres of wildlife. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
