From the 8th floor, the balcony has fantastic unobstructed views of the beach and includes a large table for outdoor dining! The decorations and furniture make it feel like home. This condo is set to accommodate a large extended family or 2 small families with a Master and a Mini-Master bedroom - each with a King bed. The other two bedrooms have 2 Queen beds each.
Enjoy meals in the fully updated kitchen - includes granite counter tops, black appliances, stove/oven, dishwasher and small appliances. The kitchen is fully appointed with glassware, dishware, utensils and cookware. Or cook out using one of the Green Egg cookers at the resort!
The Dining Table seats 6 and the Living Room has a sofa, love seat, chair and additional bench seating.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

My family has been coming to Myrtle Beach to vacation for the past 25 years. It has always been our dream to one day own our own condo in a place that is so special to us.
