Kingston Resort is a 145 acre gated beach community. It has walking and biking trails around lakes and ponds. Gloucester Terrace is a subdivision within Kingston Plantation. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalk with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
