The "GUEST COTTAGES" is a wonderful beach neighborhood, just a few blocks walk from the ocean. The ideal location puts you in a well-established residential area of Shore Drive to enjoy relaxing like a local while you're on vacation. This stretch of the S.C. coastline is absolutely stunning white sands and blue waters.
The "Guest Cottages" community is lush green landscaping, perfectly kept row homes and well maintained grounds. There's a great shady front porch to sit and relax, as well as a large open area underneath the house for your personal family hangout; enjoy meals, games, salty evening breezes, star gazing and more. Personal or Rental Golf Carts are allowed but NO TRAILERS and NO MOTORCYCLES, please.
Nice new interior decor. The floor plan is well appointed with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread out from the spacious central gathering area for the whole family, in the middle of the condo. To enjoy the large flat screen tv there is ample seating between dual love seats, two relaxing recliners, and several occasional chairs. Everyone will have plenty of seating for dining, or family game night (seats 6). The galley kitchen offers a nice stock of essentials and full size appliances.
The beach access is just a stroll to the end of the road. It's an easy walk to enjoy any of the 3 outdoor pools available for guests use. One pool is within the immediate vicinity of the condo but two others are available within minutes, toward the marsh side of the community.

* No Pets. $500 fee if pets or pet remnants are found
* $50 fee for lost pool pass.
* Minimum rental age is 25 years
* No trailers, campers, motorcycles or RVs
* Same day check in not allowed
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

About the Owner
We have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for 20 years. Our kids loved the wide sandy beaches and roaming the grounds of the resort as they were growing up. We love watching the ducks in the morning frolicking on the lake outside our bedroom window. Like the other owners, it was our dream to buy a place here.
