RESTRICTIONS:
* No Smoking, no vaping. $500 cleaning fee if smoke is detected
* Return Parking Pass and Pool/Gate fob or replacement cost of $200
* No alcohol around/in pool
* No hanging articles off balcony, or throwing things $500 fine
* No loud noise after 10 PM. $500 fee if security is called
* No Pets-$500 fee if pets or pet remnants are found
* Minimum rental age is 25 years STRICT
* No trailers, campers, motorcycles, golf carts or RVs

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Holiday Towers is a fourteen-story condominium building near the Heart of Myrtle Beach. Holiday Towers also has a pool, tennis court, whirlpool/hot tub, and outdoor grilling area for picnics. And there is plenty to do nearby, too. Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Ripley’s Believe it or not Aquarium, Carolina Opry, Legends, The Dixie Stampede as well as hundreds of restaurants are all just minutes away. Plus there are over 100 golf courses in surrounding area. Holiday Towers also has a pool, tennis court, whirlpool/hot tub, and outdoor grilling area for picnics.
