Welcome to North Hampton #1607, our home away from home. Your coastal vacation begins when you enter the North Hampton, a smaller, secure, boutique-style building nestled among larger oceanfront properties in Kingston Plantation.

This unit is newly remodeled with the utmost care in the details, including all new kitchen appliances and counter tops and cabinetry. The living room is a cozy space with updated decor adjoining the kitchen. Bedrooms are beautifully designed around comfortable beds, contemporary furnishings and new smart TVs. There's a King in the main and 1 Queen in the 2nd bedroom, plus generous closet space Each bedroom has its own slider leading to the large balcony, where you can enjoy spectacular ocean views. The balcony is spacious for relaxing and dining under the stars.

The upscale North Hampton offers a quieter building with indoor and outdoor pools, yet it is ideally located directly on the beach and steps from Kingston’s best amenities, including the newest restaurant Black Drum Brewing. We want your stay to be memorable and have done our best to ensure you enjoy this wonderful place as much as we do. It has free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).

The North Hampton Tower is an oceanfront 22 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes). Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

* Minimum rental age is 25 years
* No trailers, campers or RVs
* No grilling
* Same day check in not allowed

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
