Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

My family has been coming to Myrtle Beach to vacation since 1999. We have owned both homes and several condos in the area, but Pelican's Landing is special and we gladly share this wonderful place. We hope others enjoy it and create as many priceless family memories as we have.
