Kingston Resort is a 145-acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family-friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Richmond Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and winding sidewalks with a 5-minute walk to the beach.

We fell in love with Myrtle Beach 5 years ago when we were looking for a home to escape the cold winter months of Indiana! We wanted a place that was family friendly, close to the beautiful beach, peaceful and relaxing! Our villa in beautiful Kingston Resort meets each of those and more! Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
